Upon submission of ID cards, phone number, house location, building permit and or proves of having a plantation. Business persons caught selling any of the above material will be without respecting the above prior injunctions will be severely dealt with.
The South West and North West region has recently register many cases of killings and some even very brutal, and many bombs blast in the restive regions and in the nation’s political capital Yaoundé. A lot of people think that the minister’s decree is a joke, as people who are essentially farmers will not leave from their villages to pay transport to the DO’s office in the capital city to follow administrative procedures to buy a machete for farming, or will the minister take from the ones they have already?
